Apple Fennel Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage, shredded
  • 1-2 apples, diced
  • 1 bulb fresh fennel, thinly sliced or shredded
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c Harvest Gravestein Apple Vinegar
  • 1/4 c Harvest Blood Orange Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and adjust vinegar and olive oil as desired.  Serve cold.
