  1. 3/4 cup almond flour
  2. 2 cups buckwheat flour
  3. 1/3 cup coconut flour
  4. 1 tsp unrefined sea salt
  5. 3 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  7. 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
  8. 1T chia seeds
  9. 1 1/2 cup apple sauce
  10. 2 bananas mashed
  11. 1 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
  12. 1 T vanilla
  13. 1tsp almond extract
  14. 8T melted grass fed butter or coconut oil
  15. For moister muffins add 1/3 cup coconut cream, whole milk, almond milk...
  1. Preheat oven to 375, line a muffin tin with liners
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a medium bowl combine all wet ingredients and then mix together. Combine well. Add to muffin tin and bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve with grass fed butter or coconut oil! These muffins are stick to your gut muffins and perfect for a winter morning!
