Cherry Pie Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 12oz bags Frozen pitted cherries
  • 1/3 c water
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • zest of a lemon
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 6 T corn starch

Instructions

  1. Bring to a boil and simmer until thicken, ~ 10 minutes. Let cool and fill pie or turnovers accordingly.
