Garlic Sesame Roasted Broccoli and Red Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Broccoli chopped
  • 1 red pepper, roasted and peeled
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • Harvest Sesame Oil
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a heavy skillet (cast iron works great) heat a few tablespoons of sesame oil and add all ingredients.  Sauté until cooked but still crunchy.  Add a dash or two of soy sauce at the end.
