Garlic Sesame Roasted Broccoli and Red Pepper
- 1 bunch Broccoli chopped
- 1 red pepper, roasted and peeled
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- Harvest Sesame Oil
- soy sauce
In a heavy skillet (cast iron works great) heat a few tablespoons of sesame oil and add all ingredients. Sauté until cooked but still crunchy. Add a dash or two of soy sauce at the end.
