Keto Breakfast Biscuit

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 3 c mozzarella cheese
  • 3 c almond four
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 1 c diced ham
  • 1 c shredded cheese of choice
  • 1 tsp garlic

Options:

  • bacon, green onions, cheddar cheese
  • peppers, cheese
  • asiago, rosemary and thyme

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 400

    Melt cream cheese and mozzarella in microwave.  In a food processor combine all ingredient except the ham and additional cheese.  Stir or pulse in ham and cheese and form into biscuits on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown.
