Oatmeal Raisin Cookie #5

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c butter
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 c oats
  • 1 1/2 c raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

    In a large bowl cream together butter and sugars. Add in vanilla, and eggs and mix well.

    In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients in with the butter/sugar mixture but do not over mix. Stir in oats and raisins.

    Bake for 12-15 minutes
