March 3rd, 11-1:30 pm
Cost: $65/person ages 21 and older as we will be cooking with Guinness and other alcohols. Feel free to bring Irish drink of choice to enjoy during the class.
NEW: Those who attend will receive a gift card to New Pioneer Co op and a free $17 bottle of olive oil from Harvest Oil and Vinegar.
It’s time to celebrate the authentic and traditional foods of Ireland with some fresh new flavors and variations. We’ll tackle traditional soda breads that I learned while baking for a restaurant in West Cork, Ireland and a recipe that was passed down through the Irish side of my family. We’ll turn to the soups and stews that warm us on cold days, scones that make brunches complete and there will be something sweet as well! The meat used will be local meat from farmers that I know personally and the produce as local as possible. This class will be both hands on and demo- you get to choose how much cooking you want to do. There will be plenty of food so plan on this class being your lunch!
We will be using products from Harvest Oil and Vinegar as buying quality ingredients and supporting local businesses are two things I highly value!
Bring friends and be ready to have a great time and eat delicious food.
