Swiss Chard Veggie Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch swiss chard
  • 2 medium zucchini, spiral cut into thing noodle shape
  • 2 large carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 avocados, thinly sliced
  • 1 sweet corn, cooked and cut off the cob
  • basil or cilantro chopped
  • optional: any and all other veggies

Spicy Honey Sriracha Sauce- Mix all together

  • 2 T Harvest Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 T Harvest Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 T Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 T coconut amino acids or soy sauce
  • 1 T Honey

Sweet Honey Ginger Sauce

  • 2 T Harvest Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 T Harvest Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 T Honey

Instructions

  1. Lay a chard leaf flat and layer additional veggies inside and roll leaf.  Place two sauces in bowls or spoon onto side of plate to dip wraps into.
