Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 c Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 T honey
  • 3 T sake plus 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 c water plus 3 tsp tapioca starch mixed together

Instructions

  • In a small sauce pan combine all ingredients and heat until just simmering.  Stir well and adjust any flavors to your liking. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator.
