Whole Wheat Graham Crackers

  1. 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  2. 1 cup Organic Unbleached Flour
  3. 3/4tsp Baking Powder
  4. 1/2tsp Baking Soda
  5. 1 stick butter melted
  6. 1/3 cup honey
  7. 11/2 tsp vanilla
  8. 1 pinch salt
  9. 1/3 cup whole milk
  1. Add 1 T cinnamon and top with cinnamon sugar mix or 2T cocoa powder plus 2 T sugar
  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and then combine together forming a dough. Divide dough in two. Roll out between parchment paper and cut into shapes using cookie cutters or pizza roller. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Let cool completely.
