Ingredients

almond flour

coconut flour

baking powder

melted butter or flavored Harvest olive oil (lemon, blood orange, persian lime and butter all work great) or coconut oil

sweetener of choice (adjust to your preference)

almond or coconut milk
1/2
tsp
salt

vanilla

tsp
flavor of choice (optional)

optional: wild blueberries for blueberry muffins, lemon & poppy seed, chocolate chips, coconut, etc
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
In a stand mixer or in a medium bowl combine the wet ingredients and then add in dry ingredients. Bake as mini or regular sized muffins until tooth pick comes out clean. About 20-25 minutes.
