1.5lbsteak, any cut works but will need to be thinly sliced
3THarvest Serrano Honey Balsamic Vinegar
2T Harvest Smoked Chibani Olive Oil
1THarvest Blood Orange Olive Oil
1.5tspchili powder
1ttspcumin
1tspsalt
1lime, juiced
2mediumzucchini, thinly sliced
1mediumyellow summer squash, finely diced
optional: serve over rice or pasta or in a warmed tortilla
Instructions
In a large pan heat olive oil. Add chili powder and cumin and salt and thinly sliced steak and cook for just a few minutes until meat is browned. Add in zucchini and squash, lime and balsamic and cook for just a minute or two longer. Adjust salt to taste.
