In this class I’ll show you how to make super easy sandwich bread along with different variations within the recipe. I will also be demonstrating how to make a sourdough bread starter which will be used in sourdough bread classes later this month. I will explain the process of feeding the starter and maintaining it.
** I will do the sandwich bread first, so you can choose to join later if not interested in that or leave after the sandwich bread if not interested in the sourdough starter**
Sourdough Starter ingredients: If possible, rye flour. If not rye flour then stone ground whole wheat. You can feed your starter with AP flour or bread flour. Water. And a clean quart size mason jar. King Arthur has a nice guide for the starter HERE
