Learn how to make your own custom hummus from scratch (Ingredients: can of chick peas/garbanzo beans, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, olive oil and the addition optional herbs and spices, olives, roasted peppers, pesto…etc to customize the hummus.
We also will be making mediterranean spice crackers to go with the hummus. Ingredients: Flour (white or whole wheat or GF 1:1 flour), baking powder, salt, olive oil, rosemary, cumin, coriander (can sub out), oregano, cinnamon, black pepper.
I decided to make all classes free so that everyone can join regardless of financial situation during this time. If you wish to donate, that is much appreciated but I sincerely do not want anyone to feel pressured into donating as that goes against the mission of these classes.
