I will show you how to make ice cream without needing an ice cream maker.  Just a food processor! You have to first create an ice cream base- I will walk you through those steps.  That will have to chill completely.  I’ll have some ready to go to be able to show you the next steps to how to make your own delicious ice cream.


Ingredients: milk, cream, egg yolks, sugar (flavor of choice- extracts, cocoa powder, fruit, nuts, etc)

This pairs with the meringue cookie class at 2pm which will use the egg whites leftover from the ice cream base that you are making. This way- no waste!

I decided to make all classes free so that everyone can join regardless of financial situation during this time.  If you wish to donate, that is much appreciated but I sincerely do not want anyone to feel pressured into donating as that goes against the mission of these classes.
