This special workshop includes a special set of professional level cookie cutters that can be used to create multiple shapes from each cutter, along with other tools for your budding cookie entrepreneur to be able to get right to work creating their own custom sets of cookies for all special occasions.
Rachel, the resident cookie artist here at BMK is back not just for one, but 2 days of camp to teach how to make and color icing, design sets, decorating tips, tricks and skills and provide the most challenging Nailed It! cookie yet for the always fun competition. (Competitions are always only for those who want to partake). Kids will get to play with new tools and equipment that normally aren’t available during the camps.
She is also going to give the kids her advice on how to create a small business out of cookie decorating, all the inside tips and tricks they need to take something they love to do and potentially make some money! More importantly, we hope to provide them with the confidence to start making cookie sets as gifts for others and share what they love to do.
This is a truly special workshop and for those who are self driven and love creating art and baking! The increase cost of this camp covers a portion of the cost of the supplies each kid will be going home with. Having Rachel come for 2 days was important to me because while I could teach some of the skills, I want to make sure your kids get the best instruction possible from an expert- and I am not that when it comes to cookie decorating.
Kids will get plenty of time to explore the new timber adventure playground too!
I will send out an email usually the Friday before camp starts. Please note that on your registration email that you receive, you will find my EIN- you will need that for next year’s taxes. If you plan on using this for flex spending, please follow the directions at check out.
