POSTPONED DUE TO RISING COVID CASES-Scones and Flakey Biscuits- January 14th

$0.00

Covid cases have causes multiple cancelations so I will have to postpone this class until things have improved locally.  I will be asking that people are vaccinated who attend but will not require proof.  If you wish to be notified when this is rescheduled, please sign up below!

January 14th, 9:30am-12pm

$75/person

Mothers or fathers with young babies are welcome to join and simply wear your baby or let them nap.  Breast and bottle feeding is easily accommodated in this class. 8 person minimum required for this class to run, so make sure to invite friends and neighbors to join! There is a 15 person max.  I hope to not have to require masks but I do ask that you do not attend if you have a family member who is sick with Covid or any other nasty winter virus that no one wants to get.  Common sense and kindness please.

The Class:

Learn how to make two breakfast classics that are versatile enough to apply to any meal, plus freeze great, helping you keep your kitchen stocked for easy meals.

Scones can be made sweet or savory and you will have the opportunity to create your own signature recipe using my formula for making a delicious scone time and time again and best yet? Soon you won’t even need to measure!

I have a new guest instructor, trained pastry chef Kelsey Mims, who will show you that laminated dough (the type of dough that brings you the flakey layers in croissants) can be simple, easy and results in the best biscuits you have ever made.  These will become a household favorite for every meal of the day.

You will go home with lots of food, and recharged after 2 hours of laughter, connection and remembering that life is better with a few extra carbs.
