Shepherd’s Pie Inspired Dinner (GF Optional)- April 22nd

April 22- 4:30-5:30

April 22- 4:30-5:30

Shepherd’s Pie is a great recipe that uses up items already in the fridge/pantry and without any exact recipe, you can adjust to make use with what you have without a need to go to the store.  I will include a link to the shepherd’s pie that I have on my website.  However- during this class I will be helping you create a dish with the veggies, herbs, spices, etc that you already have.  No potatoes? you can sub in cauliflower, sweet potatoes, or a make a pie crust to lace on top.  For the broth you can use vegetable, chicken, beef or just water and I’ll help you season it. Let me help you create a new family favorite using an old peasant dish.  This can use meat or be vegetarian.  Again, this recipe is a base from which we will build and move off of as needed- I have included two, one with exact measurements and one as a guide.  RECIPE 1  RECIPE 2

I decided to make all classes free so that everyone can join regardless of financial situation during this time.  If you wish to donate, that is much appreciated but I sincerely do not want anyone to feel pressured into donating as that goes against the mission of these classes.

If you wish to donate, you may do so via PayPal or Venmo.

PayPal: [email protected] and Venmo: @Becky-Schmooke.

All proceeds after my payments are made on BMK go towards scholarships to help those also financially impacted by COVID-19.

To register for the class you no longer need to register on this site but can register directly on zoom to receive the link automatically! Here is the link to register.  CLICK HERE
