Stuffed waffles are a great way to mix up a breakfast favorite. You can stuff it with slices of ham, fried egg, cheese or sausage, you can do herbs and spices and asiago cheese, fresh herbs and diced veggies… it’s a way to create a meal using what is on hand and no need for a trip to the store.
