Blueberry Macadamia Nut Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup flour
  • 1 T Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup buttermilk/milk
  • 1/3 cup Harvest butter olive oil can use melted butter
  • 1 cup blueberries dusted in flour
  • 3/4-1 cup macadamia nuts, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375
    mix wet and dry ingredients in different bowls and then combine until just mixed.  Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick can be cleanly inserted.
