Ginger Lime Tilapia

Ingredients

  • tilapia fillets
  • grated fresh ginger or grated ginger in a jar
  • Harvest Persian Lime Olive Oil
  • paprika
  • sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Place fish on a cooking sheet and drizzle olive oil liberally over the fish.  Cover each piece with fresh ginger and paprika and salt.  Bake for about 12 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes with a fork. I serve this with my Honey Ginger Kale Salad.
