Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1.5 c almond flour
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 c stevia/erythritol blend or xylitol or plain erythritol
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c sugar free chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 375

    In the microwave warm cream cheese until soften and starting to melt.  In a food processor combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.  Stir or pulse in chocolate chips.  Optional: chill batter.  Bake until just golden on top.  Let cool before removing from parchment paper lined tray.  

    Option: add cocoa powder and peppermint extra or other flavorings.
