An almond flour scone base that allows for endless possibilities

Preheat oven to 350
Cream together butter and honey. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Mix dry ingredients together along with anything you are adding to the scone. Combine together and shape into wedges or circles. Bake on parchment paper lined trays for ~20 minutes.
Possible glaze option: 1 cup powdered sugar, the zest of half of a clementine, the juice of a small clementine ( or 2-4 T orange juice). Whisk together and drizzle on top of the scones when warm.
