Mango Brie Salad with Ginger Lime Dressing

Ingredients

  • Bell or Sweet Peppers Sliced
  • Red Onion finely minced
  • Cilantro chopped reserve some for the dressing
  • Avocado cubed - optional
  • raw honey
  • unrefined sea salt
  • Mango- cubed or sliced
  • Brie cheese- cubed

Dressing

  • fresh ginger
  • cilantro
  • lime
  • salt

Instructions

  • Mix and taste the dressing in a mini food processor or anything that will finely chop the ginger and cilantro and allow the flavors to completely combine.
  • Mix your salad ingredients together and drizzle the dressing over it. Drizzle raw honey over the salad ( this sweetness is important) and serve and most importantly, ENJOY!
