Roasted Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients

  • Cooked garbanzo beans

Spices of your choice, I like

  • smoked paprika
  • cumin
  • unrefined sea salt
  • cayenne
  • chili powder
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Make seasoning mixture and combine with beans and coat with olive oil. Spread onto a baking sheet (you may want to line it with foil for easy clean up) and bake until crispy.

Notes

This works as a perfect substitute for popcorn if you want something to munch on during a movie.
