Cranberry Orange Walnut Beer Bread

- Beer Bread
- 2 cups organic all purpose flour
- 1 cup barley
- 1/2 cups oats
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar or sucanat
- 1/4 cup honey or molasses
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 1 bottle Leinenkugels Orange Shandy
- Glaze
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 3-4 T organic milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredient and add in the wet ingredients.
Add in the beer and stir until combined.
Transfer to a loaf pan (this makes two loaves) and bake for 45 minutes
Glaze
Combine the ingredients well with a whisk and pour over the loaves when completely cooled.
