In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. Add in the wet ingredient and combine completely. Batter may seem thick. Mine turned out great as a thick batter as my waffle maker spreads it out evenly. You can add more milk if you need to thin it out. I also doubled the recipe and had plenty of waffles to freeze away for later- this is what I recommend doing anytime you make pancakes or waffles. Serve with cinnamon whipped cream/butter/plenty of real maple syrup!
