Tater Tots

Ingredients

  • Large Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil/melted butter/avocado oil/lard
  • Seasonings of choice

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes until a fork can just slide in. Let cool and then peel. Using a metal cheese grater, grate potatoes into a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and any other herbs/spices you like (ex: garlic rosemary tater tots/cumin, chili and smoked paprika tater tots) to taste. Coat lightly with olive oil and form potatoes into tots and place on a cookie tray on parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Bake at 425 until crispy ~45 minutes to an hour, turning halfway.
