Ingredients

Soy Sauce

Brown Sugar

fresh ginger minced

garlic, minced or pressed

honey

sake plus 1 tsp sugar

tsp
sesame oil

water plus 3 tsp tapioca starch mixed together
Instructions
In a small sauce pan combine all ingredients and heat until just simmering. Stir well and adjust any flavors to your liking. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator.
