garlic scape, finely chopped

small spring onion with greens attached or one small onion and one green onion, diced

pickles, chopped, I used bread and butter pickles

eggs, hardboiled and diced

Harvest Persian Lime Olive Oil

Harvest Harissa Olive Oil

Harvest Apricot Balsamic Vinegar
sea salt to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl and chill before serving.
