6TSoy sauce
5THarvest Honey Ginger Balsamic or Rice Vinegar plus 1T honey, 1tsp fresh ginger
6THarvest Toasted Sesame Oil
4clovesminced/pressed garlic
2Tfresh ginger, grated
2-3tspred pepper flakes
Rice
1-2 c uncooked white or brown rice prepared as directed on box/bag
Chicken
2cshredded cooked chicken
Salad
1-2medcabbage- shredded
4largecarrots- shredded
2Tfresh ginger
1cpeanuts

Mix together all ingredients and add to salad

Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl- you can adjust rice amount, cabbage, chicken, etc to fit the number of people you want to serve. Serve cold or wrapped in cabbage leaves.
