Spaghetti Sauce
Author Italian Cuisine (Matt, Quinn, Wes, Paige)
- 6 lb 10oz can of whole tomatoes
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion
- olive oil
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 bay leaves 2 Tbls garlic powder
- 1 T honey
- Salt
- 1 tsp chives
Brown the ground beef in a pan and set aside
Sautee onions in a large pot with a few tablespoons olive oil
Add in tomatoes, squishing them by hand
Add in seasonings and cook for about 15 minutes, remove bay leaves.
Season to taste
