Spaghetti Sauce

Author Italian Cuisine (Matt, Quinn, Wes, Paige)

Ingredients

  • 6 lb 10oz can of whole tomatoes
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • olive oil
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 bay leaves 2 Tbls garlic powder
  • 1 T honey
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp chives

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a pan and set aside
  • Sautee onions in a large pot with a few tablespoons olive oil
  • Add in tomatoes, squishing them by hand
  • Add in seasonings and cook for about 15 minutes, remove bay leaves.
  • Season to taste
