Peppermint Patties

- 4 cups powered sugar
- 2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condense milk
- ~3 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
Mix the milk and extract together and stir in powdered sugar until dough forms.
Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Flatten dough into disks and chill in fridge or freezer until firm.
Melt chocolate and vanilla and dip patties into the chocolate. Chill until harden and store in cool place or fridge. Enjoy!!
