Peppermint Patties

  • 4 cups powered sugar
  • 2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condense milk
  • ~3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • Mix the milk and extract together and stir in powdered sugar until dough forms.
  • Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Flatten dough into disks and chill in fridge or freezer until firm.
  • Melt chocolate and vanilla and dip patties into the chocolate. Chill until harden and store in cool place or fridge. Enjoy!!
