Smoked Bacon Pepper Wax Beans

Ingredients

wax beans, trimmed

slices
bacon

medium spice
peppers, sliced
1
medium
onion, diced
2
cloves
garlic, minced
Harvest Olive Wood Smoked Oil
Sea salt to taste
Instructions
Cook bacon either in the oven at 425 degrees or on the stove, set aside and drain. Reserve a few tablespoons of the bacon fat and heat in a large cast iron skillet or pan. Add a tablespoon or two of Harvest Olive Wood Smoked oil and sauté the veggies until tender. Add chopped bacon. Salt to taste.
