you can substitute other heavy and medium flours in
3/4tspbaking powder
1tspunrefined sea salt
1Therbs
1/4cupolive oil
1/2 -3/4cupwater
Instructions
Mix together and roll out between parchment paper as thin as possible. cut into squares and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes until the crackers start to turn golden brown. Remove and allow to crisp up. Optional: add salt on top or sesame seeds.
