As I have said many times over, gluten free does not necessarily mean healthy. Those expensive gluten free crackers in the store are full of refined starches and preservatives and industrialized oils that are not providing any benefits. Stop over paying in the store for these “healthy” crackers that are, in my opinion, guilty of false advertisement. Control what you are feeding yourself and your family. This is a very basic recipe for a gluten free cracker that you can adapt easily to fit your taste. I use this recipe in my gluten free baking class and the students all make different flavors and we have yet to have a batch come out that no one likes! 🙂 Remember to “Own your Palate! Contact me for private or group cooking lessons or a shopping tour where I will go through the store’s cracker options and explain exactly why you won’t find them in my kitchen!
