Mix warmed fruit used inside pop tart with powdered sugar

Blueberriesheat fresh or frozen fruit in a small sauce pan and slowly heat, you can add 1T of sweetener as well

Instructions
preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cut butter into flour and salt and combine completely. Add cold water (give or take 1/3 cup) and working the mixture into a dough. Knead briefly. Roll the dough into a thin sheet and using either a pizza roller, knife or rectangular cutters, cut the dough into your desired size of rectangles for the pop tart. Place a small amount of filling in the middle of one rectangle and press second sheet onto top and press the sides together. Prick the top with a fork a few times and bake for about 15-20 minutes until they are just starting to brown. Cool and cover with a glaze. Store in fridge or freezer and simply reheat in a toaster oven or eat cold.
