Chinese Chicken and Broccoli Sauce

- 1/3 c fermented soy sauce
- 3 T honey or brown sugar
- 5 cloves garlic minced or pressed
- 2 T tapioca starch or flour mixed with 2T water
- 2 T rice vinegar or Harvest Oil and Vinegar Honey Ginger Vinegar
- 1 T peanut oil or olive oil or melted coconut oil
