Chinese Chicken and Broccoli Sauce

  • 1/3 c fermented soy sauce
  • 3 T honey or brown sugar
  • 5 cloves garlic minced or pressed
  • 2 T tapioca starch or flour mixed with 2T water
  • 2 T rice vinegar or Harvest Oil and Vinegar Honey Ginger Vinegar
  • 1 T peanut oil or olive oil or melted coconut oil


  • Mix together ingredients and add to a stir fry of chicken and broccoli.
