- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4cup olive oil ( Harvest Oil and Vinegar has many flavored oils that make for fantastic crackers)
- 3/4-1 cup water
- herbs and spices
- preheat oven to 375
- Mix dry ingredients and then add in olive oil then water. Tip- if you can't smell the herbs/spices you won't be able to taste them.
- Roll out dough between parchment paper to desired thinnest and then cut into shapes using a pizza cutter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until just turning golden brown. They will crisp up as they cool.
