Herb Crackers

  1. 2 cups flour
  2. 1 tsp baking powder
  3. 1 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1/4cup olive oil ( Harvest Oil and Vinegar has many flavored oils that make for fantastic crackers)
  5. 3/4-1 cup water
  6. herbs and spices
  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. Mix dry ingredients and then add in olive oil then water. Tip- if you can't smell the herbs/spices you won't be able to taste them.
  3. Roll out dough between parchment paper to desired thinnest and then cut into shapes using a pizza cutter.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until just turning golden brown. They will crisp up as they cool.
