Cherry Pie Filling
Ingredients
- 2 12oz bags Frozen pitted cherries
- 1/3 c water
- 1 T lemon juice
- zest of a lemon
- 2/3 c sugar
- 6 T corn starch
Instructions
- Bring to a boil and simmer until thicken, ~ 10 minutes. Let cool and fill pie or turnovers accordingly.
