Honey Ginger Tahini Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 red cabbage thinly sliced
- 1/4 c honey ginger balsamic vinegar or 1/4 cup white vinegar plus 1-2T honey 1T minced fresh ginger
- 3 T Tahini
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 T lime juice
- salt to taste
Optional
- add sliced carrots celery and sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small jar or container combine all ingredients but cabbage and mix well. Put cabbage in a large bowl and add dressing, massaging cabbage with hands or mix well with spoon. Salt to taste.
