Lovage Pork Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 1/4 c almond flour
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/4 c Harvest Tuscan Olive Oil
- 1/4 c Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 c parmesan or asiago cheese
- 1 bunch lovage finely chopped
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients and form into ball size of choice. Bake at 400 until no longer pink inside. ~15 minutes depending on size of meatball. Simply cut into one to test.
