Raspberry Basil Pecan Salad

  • 5 c greens
  • 1/2 c strawberries or raspberries
  • 1/2 c basil, finely chopped
  • 1/2-3/4 c pecans
  • optiona:feta or cheese of choice
  • Harvest Basil Olive Oil and Wild Cascadian Raspberry Vinegar


  • In a large bowl mix together all ingredients and dress with olive oil and vinegars- I keep this dressing mixture made and in my fridge at all times and just let guests dress the salad as they like.
