Raspberry Basil Pecan Salad
- 5 c greens
- 1/2 c strawberries or raspberries
- 1/2 c basil, finely chopped
- 1/2-3/4 c pecans
- optiona:feta or cheese of choice
- Harvest Basil Olive Oil and Wild Cascadian Raspberry Vinegar
- In a large bowl mix together all ingredients and dress with olive oil and vinegars- I keep this dressing mixture made and in my fridge at all times and just let guests dress the salad as they like.
