Roasted Carrots with Basil and Lemon

Ingredients

  • carrots
  • Harvest Basil Olive Oil
  • Harvest Lemon Olive Oil
  • black pepper and sea salt
  • dried basil, sprinkled and mixed into carrots

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375
    On a  pan place carrots and coat with equal amounts of basil and olive oil, sea salt and black pepper to taste.  Roast until tender.
