Roasted Carrots with Basil and Lemon
Ingredients
- carrots
- Harvest Basil Olive Oil
- Harvest Lemon Olive Oil
- black pepper and sea salt
- dried basil, sprinkled and mixed into carrots
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375On a pan place carrots and coat with equal amounts of basil and olive oil, sea salt and black pepper to taste. Roast until tender.
