Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 c Soy Sauce
- 1/4 c Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 T honey
- 3 T sake plus 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 c water plus 3 tsp tapioca starch mixed together
Instructions
- In a small sauce pan combine all ingredients and heat until just simmering. Stir well and adjust any flavors to your liking. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator.
