Thai Peanut Cabbage Salad

  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 c coconut amino acid
  • 1/4 c Harvest Honey Ginger Balsamic
  • 1/4 c Harvest Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 T roasted red chili paste
  • 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 1/2 c peanuts
  • optional: shredded chicken, grated fresh ginger, additional pepper for spice


  • Mix together all ingredients except: cabbage and peanuts, making a dressing.  In a large bowl mix together cabbage and peanuts and add dressing, coating cabbage.  Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
