Ginger Lime Beet Chips
- beets, thinly sliced
- Sea Salt
- Harvest Persian Lime Olive Oil
- Powdered Ginger
- Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 300 on convection setting if possible.
Spread beet slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and then sprinkle with salt, ginger and garlic. Bake until beets are crispy. Time varies based on thickness of beets. But check after 30 minutes.
