Honey Nut Cereal Bar

  • 2 c peanuts
  • 1 c honey
  • 4 c Cheerio style cereal
  • large pinch of sea salt


  1. In a food processor, blend peanuts until they become peanut butter.  Scoop out and mix honey and peanut butter in a sauce pan over medium heat until well combined.  Add the cereal to the food processor and blend until crumb like consistency.  Add peanut butter/honey mix and blend until it forms a dough ball of sorts.  Press mixture into a parchment or plastic wrap lined pan- you choose the thickness of the bars.  Chill in fridge or freezer until harden.  Cut bars and store in fridge for up to a week.
